Kavivo provides generative-AI tools for designers, delivered primarily as plugins inside Framer. Kavivo VideoGen turns a static image you supply into a short MP4. The web app exists to manage your account, credits, and legal agreements — it is not where generation happens.
Generations are paid for with credits. The credit cost of a generation scales with the selected quality and duration, and is always shown before you generate. Purchased credits do not expire. Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable once spent on a completed generation.
You retain all rights to the images you supply and the videos Kavivo generates from them. You are responsible for holding the rights to any image you use. Do not generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others. All image submissions are screened by an automated content safety system before generation. If your image is flagged as violating our content policy (including NSFW content), the generation will be rejected and credits will not be refunded for that generation. Repeated submissions of content that violates our content policy may result in your account being reviewed and, if necessary, suspended.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to reverse-engineer the models, reselling generations as a competing API, or generating prohibited content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Generation depends on third-party model providers and may occasionally be slow or unavailable. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Credits are only deducted for completed generations, and are refunded automatically if a generation times out or the service is unavailable. Credits are not refunded if a generation fails due to a content policy violation.
